Private and Semi-Private Yoga 

Dive into your Yoga practice with me in a private or semi-private (up to 4 people) container.  These classes can be done in my office space in Peekskill, NY and can also be done in the comfort of your own home.  If done in your home, a travel fee will be charged, depending on how far you are from Peekskill, NY.​

Private and Semi-Private Yoga - 75 Minutes​

1 session - $222  

5 sessions - $1000

10 sessions - $1750​

Travel fee starts at $50 for locations within Westchester County.  I will give exact travel costs once a location is determined. 

Sound Healing $177

This service is done at my location in Peekskill, NY and is a 45-minute exploration into your energy body with the use of guided visualization and different sound healing tools.

Shamanic Energy Work - 3 session package $675  

This package is the minimum number of sessions I personally recommend for my clients.  Where I used to offer single sessions, I have found that the work that we are doing is not suited for a "one off" session container.

Shamanic Energy Work - 5 session package $1100 

Any energy work you engage in is most impactful with consistency as the benefits are cumulative.  These sessions will start with the first (2) sessions being done within a 2-week window of one another.  After which, the timing for the sessions will be adjusted based on needs, goals, and progress.   

Shamanic Energy Work - 10 session package $1900

Any energy work you engage in is most impactful with consistency as the benefits are cumulative.  These sessions will start with the first (2) sessions being done within a 2-week window of one another.  After which, the timing for the sessions will be adjusted based on needs, goals, and progress.  This package is a gift for your soul and can be shared with (1) other person of your choosing.

Transformational Coaching

Coaching is a relationship that varies in length, depth, and width.  Coaching will also vary depending on your goals and how much healing you are ready and willing to jump into. Many tools go into an expansive healing experience, and we will work together to design the right transformational container to meet you where you are and also create a strong foundation on which to grow.

I work with my clients in a container that is either 6 or 9 months in length

I charge $125 for a 60-minute discovery session so that we can explore what you need and whether we are a fit for one another to successfully work together.
